We help air passengers claim the compensation they're owed, and we're expanding the people we work with. This is a flexible, remote arrangement: you'd provide claim-handling services on your own schedule, choosing when and how much you take on, and you're paid for the cases you complete. This application takes about 15–20 minutes and includes a couple of short writing tasks; they genuinely matter to us, so please take your time. Selected candidates start with a short paid trial. We're glad you're here. One honest note: this role isn’t only document processing — it also means communicating with disappointed, sometimes angry passengers.
